We have been working with an early stage agricultural company who were experiencing increasing business revenues due to results of trials they were undertaking around Europe. Our Finance Director worked on a part time engagement as an addition to the leadership team to support the MD and contribute to strategic and tactical decision making in order to scale up this rapidly growing business.
