Keynote speaker - Shane Happach, Executive Vice President, WorldPay Inc.
We are delighted to welcome Shane Happach as our keynote speaker. Shane is executive vice president, head of global enterprise eCommerce at Worldpay, and is responsible for 600+ colleagues across 14 offices.
Worldpay started as an online multi-currency payment system in 1997 and is now a global leader in integrated omni-commerce payments.
Worldpay Inc now processes over 40 billion credit and debit card transactions and $1.5 trillion inaggregate payment volume.
In January 2018, WorldPay was bought by Florida-based Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) for $35bn in cash and shares.
On 18 March 2019, it was announced that FIS intended to acquire Worldpay FIS, valuing Worldpay at $43Billion.
Shane has developed more than 15 years of expertise in financial services, as well as significant experience in treasury, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign exchange. He has held various management roles across international markets and developed key strengths in strategy, financial planning and new market entry.
